| Instructions | Notes: 0.3 mL (Note: This volume Does NOT allow for repeat testing). Samples should not be taken from patients receiving therapy with high biotin doses (i.e. > 5 mg/day) until at least 8 hours following the last biotin administration. Separate serum from cells within 45 minutes of collection and Freeze. Transfer specimen to a plastic transport tube before freezing.
