Instructions Patient Preparation: For 12 hours before this test do not take multivitamins or dietary supplements containing biotin (vitamin B7), which is commonly found in hair, skin, and nail supplements and multivitamins.

Label specimen with Mobilab label or with patient name (first and last), date of birth, date and time of collection, collector initials, and test(s) being ordered.
Reference Range An interpretive report will be provided.
