| Instructions | Please submit a copy of the CBC results performed in your lab and two (2) unstained blood smears on slides with Clipped Corners and patient history. The peripheral blood smear, laboratory data and clinical history will be reviewed by a pathologist who will issues an interpretative report. Note: We cannot guarantee a review will be performed on straight edge slides. Pathology Report will be issued on this on Order/Result Code: [8077777] |

Please note, an EDTA lavender tube must be received in the lab within 24 hours of collection. |
